The Islander’s Dictionary is the book of Island Slang or “Island Talk.” It is used to communicate with other Islanders and make like a “code-like” communication. It is also good for newbies just in case they don’t know what “nesia” means (and for everyone, it means “island”). It may also come in handy if you need to make a substitution for a long sentence or Pokémon Fact.

So get chatty and loquacious (which means “talkative”)!
